1. All Sales Are Final
Jem Labs operates a no-refund and no-return policy. All purchases are considered final once an order has been placed.
Except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly approved by Jem Labs, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit, or cancellations for:
- Incorrectly placed orders.
- Changes of mind or ordering mistakes.
- Product selection or quantity errors made by the customer.
- Products no longer wanted or needed.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances outside our control.
- Products that have been opened, handled, stored, or used after delivery.

Contacting us does not guarantee a refund, return, or replacement. Jem Labs will review reported issues and determine what action is appropriate, subject to applicable law.
4. Shipping Delays and Undelivered Orders
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. If an order is delayed, we will provide updates where reasonably possible.
